Priscilla Allen on Saturday afternoons for a great Class.
The class is a blend of different disciplines of exercise. She uses flowing
rhythmic music to move gracefully to each position. The yoga is not true to
any one form of yoga. She likes to use a blend of strength and stretching to
make your body strong and flexible. The Pilate's aspect of the class is
designed to
strengthen your body from within it's core. We also use Tai Chi and Budokon
(martial arts/yoga blend) disciplines. We end the workout with
relaxation/meditation, which leaves you feeling rejuvenated.
